I just wanted to let you know about a success story for Weston College in Retail.
I was Shopping in Marks and Spencer at the weekend and I was served by a lady called Viv, who has been trained by John Fowler. Her customer service skills were amazing and Viv was asking lots of open questions about my day and where I worked. I explained I am the Retail Assessor for Weston and so, on finding out this information, Viv personally wanted to thank John for all of his support and for helping her pass the course, not only had she secured a role in Marks and Spencer because of the course, she has been promoted within the 3 months of working there.
